They lied, Droped my Harley did thousands of ##$$ of damage. Have video of the scum bags to prove it. Refused to report the damage to Ins. Preventing me to file a claim. Scum bags will lie,lie ,lie never use them or their 10 other companies they hide hide behind.

411 Auto Transport is an auto transport leads provider. We do not actually “move vehicles or motorcycles.” Your contract would have been through a broker and the broker would have assigned it to a truck driver. It is the truck driver and his company that is responsible for the damage. As a lead provider, I had nothing to do with damaging your motorcycle and have no way of controlling or remedying the situation.

These A Holes totaled my Harley have video. Never reported to ins. So I was never been able to file a claim. Absolutely a bunch of theives. Never use them!!!!×

This auto transport is from India unfortunately giving a bad name to the good people from India. They are doing fake contracts and lying on the prices. I drove two hours to pick up a vehicle when I got there. The customer had a whole different price $250 below. It was supposed to be 500 and they only were gonna pay 500 so if this brokers lie to the customer not to mention loss of time and fuel on Thanksgiving, horrible worker to work with do not get no transport from this vehicles and if you’re paying, they will not pay your money back if you paid a deposit

411 Auto Transport is not from India. We are a company based out of the USA and we sell auto leads to the auto brokerage industry.
Unfortunately, once I sell leads to brokers, I have little control of what happens after that unless someone writes in a complaint directly to me.
I am sorry that you fell prey to scammers. Most businesses are legitimate, but like with everything, there are ones that are not.
411 AUTO Transportation “BEWARE” they send the contract for one amount issue a pickup date and on the day of pickup the price quoted and signed contract has changed to a ridiculous amount and vehicle is NOT picked up on date issued.
Reporting to FTC commission and filing a complaint.

Teresa sells leads with alot of fake numbers and alot of disconnected numbers. She also sells them to more competitors tgan what youre being told.

411 Auto Transport does NOT sell leads to more companies than we say. Unfortunate, there are companies that resell our leads unknowingly to us at times. We listen carefully to our brokers feedback that can alert us to this activity – like decreased conversion.
We try to our best to run an honest business. I am sorry you had a poor experience.
